Development services

Eight work packages that move an opportunity from question to structured decision.

Each package has a defined scope and output. These services do not replace regulated legal, financial or engineering work performed by licensed specialists.

01

Initial opportunity screening

An early review of site, resource or demand to identify fit, information gaps, first-order risks and the next step.

OutputA preliminary proceed / complete-data / stop note—not a bankable feasibility study.
02

Project development roadmap

A stage-gated path covering site and land rights, authorities, approvals, interconnection studies, technical workstreams, partners, schedule, budget and risks.

OutputAn action map with owners and decision gates.
03

Pre-feasibility coordination

Coordination of resource, concept, indicative energy yield, cost and environmental/social inputs with qualified specialists.

OutputAn early decision basis—not a bankable report or final engineering design.
04

Technology partnerships and industrial localisation

Identify technology owners, manufacturers and EPC contractors; coordinate NDA and RFI/RFQ, and assess pathways for technology licensing, know-how transfer, assembly, local manufacturing, supplier development and local supply chains.

OutputA partner shortlist, industrial-localisation roadmap and negotiation pathway for a potential licence; any licence remains subject to the technology owner’s approval, contracts and required authorisations.
05

Joint-venture formation coordination

Frame participants, roles, contributions, governance principles and decision rights for a preliminary project-company concept.

OutputAn initial partnership concept; final contracts and incorporation are handled by licensed legal advisers.
06

Financing readiness and investor/lender coordination

Organise project data, capital assumptions, investor teaser, data-room index, risk matrix and engagement path.

OutputA structured review package; AKATI is not an independent financial adviser and does not guarantee funding.
07

PPA pathway coordination

Identify potential offtakers, assess demand, assemble initial volume, tenor, pricing and security inputs, and coordinate the pathway with specialists and authorities.

OutputA PPA pathway map—not a binding offer or PPA guarantee.
08

Tender and procurement management

Coordinate prequalification, RFI/RFQ, bid documentation, clarifications, commercial comparison, warranty, spares and after-sales requirements.

OutputA tender package and commercial comparison; regulated engineering assessments are performed by qualified specialists.
